A generated password should go straight into a trusted password manager. A checksum only helps when you compare it with a trusted reference, and masking is a presentation aid—not a replacement for access control or encryption.
- Use samples instead of real secrets whenever possible.
- Do not treat a browser result as proof that a file or link is safe.
